Atlantic Salmon Populations Reveal Adaptive Divergence of Immune Related Genes - A duplicated genome under selection

The file 'North_vs_South_SNPs.cmh.gz' contains a compressed tab-separated list of SNPs found in eight populations of Atlantic salmon in Norway. The columns are ordered as follows: Chromosome_id, SNP_position, Reference_base, Årdalselva, Eidselva, Gloppenelva, SuldalslĂ„gen, Altaelva, Lakselv, Reisaelva, Tanaelva, P-value. For each river the allele counts are shown as A:T:C:G:N:del. P-value indicates -log10 transformed P-value of the SNP being differentiated between Northern and Southern Norway.
